Good timing, as we are being filmed for a video series called " Nova Scotia’s Best" for Eastlink TV. This program features some of the best food in the province. The episode will, of course, be celebrating maple syrup.

Combined with a few friends and kids posing as "customers" and a group of 30 homeschoolers from Metro, it will be a busy day!
Scott says if the sap runs Friday we'll boil on the weekend! Cross your fingers.
