9:15 am We're happy that we had a great run yesterday and made delicious syrup! Plans are to boil Sunday, starting in the morning sometime.
Today's a perfect sunny day - sugar on snow, tours, maple breakfast and lots of maple products.
Looking at the weather forecast for the next few days, it's looking to be below zero most nights. We're hoping for more runs - time will tell!
