Great boil yesterday!
It' s looking like there won't be any sap this weekend. We're watching the weather for next week.
What a whirlwind it's been! In just about 14 days we went from having no taps to being all tapped in and having made 30% of an average crop.
Quite a start to the 2017 sugar season!
