AWESOME delicious syrup with early-season flavour. There's lots of maple syrup on the shelves, as well as some maple cream, butter and candy.
Now we see what Friday brings. It's minus 3 here right now - colder than called for, so that's great! Tomorrow is supposed to bring plus 6 temperatures. All sounds like a possible run.
We're crossing our fingers that Saturday will be the day for our next boil.
We've still got several feet of snow in our woods - hard to believe! Still great snowshoeing. And we're offering sugar-on-snow all day this weekend and next. Come on up!
